As artificial intelligence and robotics transform industries worldwide, the question facing business leaders and policymakers has shifted from if to regulate, to how to innovate responsibly while keeping pace with evolving standards such as the EU AI Act.

A new white paper, “11 Key Elements for AI Governance – A Practical Framework”, co-created by LatticeFlow AI, ANYbotics, BOLDOZER Consulting, and an international network of experts in AI governance, robotics, privacy, and cybersecurity, provides a practical roadmap to operationalize AI governance in 2025 and beyond.

Developed collaboratively following the AI House Davos 2025 roundtable, the publication translates regulatory expectations and ethical principles into concrete, actionable practices.

A Practical Roadmap for Responsible Innovation

The framework is built around 11 interrelated elements that help organizations align innovation, regulation, and accountability. It offers:

  • A clear, actionable structure for embedding AI governance across the innovation lifecycle

  • Guidance on designing safe, transparent, and bias-free systems that foster trust among regulators, teams, and users

  • A blueprint to operationalize AI principles, transforming compliance into a foundation for long-term competitiveness

Governance as an Enabler

Unlike static compliance checklists, the white paper frames governance as a living process — adaptable to new technologies and regulatory developments. It encourages organizations to view responsible AI not as a constraint, but as a strategic enabler of innovation and resilience.

“Building ethical, explainable, and trustworthy AI systems requires both technical rigor and governance maturity. This paper is about giving organizations a structured, realistic starting point”

said Viktoriya Zakrevskaya, Founder of BOLDOZER Consulting and one of the co-authors.
