Zurich, Switzerland — December 2025

Boldozer Consulting, together with the Women in AI Governance (WiAIG)™ initiative and an international group of experts, announced that Version 2 of the collaborative white paper “11 Key Elements for AI Governance: A Practical Framework” has entered its final development stage. The updated edition is scheduled for completion in late January 2026 and will be presented at the Machines Can Think conference in Abu Dhabi.

The white paper offers a unified governance model intended to help organizations develop and deploy AI systems that are transparent, accountable, and aligned with rapidly evolving regulatory expectations, including the EU AI Act and emerging global standards. Version 2 will expand the operational guidance and technical rigor of the framework, reflecting insights drawn from ongoing regulatory changes and from practical challenges encountered by industry stakeholders.

The development of the white paper involves a multi-stakeholder collaboration across leading organizations and experts in AI governance, robotics, cybersecurity, privacy, and model validation. Contributors include Boldozer Consulting, ANYbotics, LatticeFlow AI, WSP USA, Modulos AG, Coalescent Mobile Robotics, Luar Labs, Systematic-X, and Women in AI Governance (WiAIG)™. The group has emphasized the importance of building a governance framework informed by both policy requirements and the technical realities of deploying AI systems at scale.

As preparations for Version 2 progress, the authors are opening the document to further contributions. Professionals across sectors, including researchers, policymakers, engineers, and compliance specialists, are invited to review the current version and submit feedback to help refine the final document ahead of publication.
