This interdisciplinary team brings together deep expertise from across international security, regulatory compliance, political communications, and executive leadership.

Meet the Experts:

Yasmina Rauber – Shipping, Commodity Trading, Leadership
A seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership in global shipping and commodity trading, Yasmina has served as a managing director, board member, and former President of WISTA Switzerland. She also served as Secretary General of the Zug Commodity Association. Her career spans major global hubs including Geneva, Zug, New York, and Rio, and she is also a certified business and leadership coach. Yasmina brings unique insight into Switzerland’s role as a global trading center.

Dr. Daniel Trusilo – Emerging Technology, Security, Public Policy
Daniel combines academic and operational experience at the intersection of AI, security, and international governance. A former U.S. Army officer and Fulbright Fellow, he has advised USAID and US Africa Command, and published widely on AI and dual-use policy. He holds a doctorate in international affairs from the University of St. Gallen.

Dr. Paul Josephson – Technology Assessment, Foreign Affairs, Science Evaluation
Paul is Professor Emeritus of History of Science and Technology, trained at Harvard and MIT. His extensive work examines how scientific systems, energy technologies, and government policy intersect. His recent focus includes AI governance and the shifting role of states in managing emerging technologies.

Iryna Pulvas, MBA – Business Consultancy, Change Management
Iryna’s background bridges corporate innovation and public-sector crisis response. She helps companies navigate transformation, uncertainty, and complex decisions. Her experience includes roles at Johnson & Johnson, Colgate-Palmolive, and an advisory position with the Embassy of Ukraine in Warsaw. She combines design thinking with practical execution.

Dr. Ihor Petrenko – Wartime Media, Counter-Propaganda
Ihor is a political scientist and media strategist specializing in public policy, wartime communications, and disinformation resilience. He heads We – Ukraine, a national media platform focused on strategic messaging in crisis contexts. Alongside Anton Kuchukhidze, Ihor co-founded United Ukraine, a think tank hosting confidential briefings for foreign diplomats on wartime decision-making, international alignment, and regional security. He also lectures at Taras Shevchenko University in Kyiv and has authored over 70 academic publications.

Anton Kuchukhidze – Foreign Affairs, Political Campaigning
Anton is a political strategist with deep experience in international diplomacy and legislative advocacy. He advises Ukrainian lawmakers on engagement with NATO, OSCE, and the EU, and chairs Ukraine’s leading gambling trade association. Together with Ihor Petrenko, he co-founded United Ukraine, which convenes Chatham House-style briefings for the diplomatic corps — providing nuanced, politically literate insights into Ukraine’s foreign policy under wartime conditions.
