Boldozer Consulting, in partnership with the European Humanities University (EHU), is proud to announce the selection of two finalists for its inaugural internship program. The initiative was launched to provide advanced undergraduate students with hands-on experience at the intersection of strategic communications, international affairs, and risk analysis.
The program received a high number of strong applications, reflecting the remarkable level of talent and motivation among EHU students. In the final stage, two candidates were selected whose interests and skills aligned most closely with the program’s goals of bridging academic knowledge with practical, real-world challenges.
Meet the Finalists

Yekaterina Chumakova is a Media and Communication student at EHU. Her academic focus includes crisis communication, propaganda, and wartime media. With a background in literature and languages, she brings an analytical perspective to understanding how narratives influence societies. Outside her studies, she enjoys reading, creative writing, and video games.

Ivan Kalinin is completing his fourth year in the Media and Communication program at EHU, with earlier studies in Liberal Arts and Sciences. His research interests include the philosophy and semiotics of media environments, the theory of the social imaginary, and political myth in contemporary cinema. Beyond academia, he is passionate about composing music and producing short diary films that merge personal reflection with cultural analysis.
“This program reflects our pledge to help young brilliant people from war-torn areas find their professional path abroad.”

The two finalists will join the team of Boldozer Consulting from October 1, 2025, engaging in projects that range from strategic analysis to communications in international and political contexts.
