Boldozer Consulting’s founder, Viktoriya Zakrevskaya, joined a volunteer initiative

Zurich, 26 May 2025 — This week, Boldozer Consulting’s founder, Viktoriya Zakrevskaya, joined a volunteer initiative convened by Women in AI Governance (WiAIG) and Women in Robotics Switzerland to support the development of a practical guidance document for companies working with AI and robotics technologies.
The project brings together a group of diverse professionals — researchers, policy advisors, legal experts, and innovators — to co-create a Strategic Guidance Document for Achieving Compliance and Innovation in AI & Robotics. It is intended as a hands-on tool to help startups, scaleups, legal teams, and public-sector partners navigate evolving regulatory frameworks, including the EU AI Act.
“It’s been a privilege to exchange with such a thoughtful and globally-minded group of contributors,” said Viktoriya. “As someone working with founders and scaleups in highly regulated environments, I see how pressing the need is for accessible, actionable guidance that goes beyond theory.”
The aim of the document is to:
Provide 10 concrete steps for operationalizing compliance in AI/robotics;
Share insight from real-world innovation environments and policy frontlines;
Empower companies to align responsible development with fast-moving regulations.
This contribution builds on Viktoriya’s earlier work on AI governance, including her role in organizing the First University of St. Gallen Grand Challenge on the EU AI Act, which brought together policy thinkers, lawyers, and developers in a unique cross-sector AI compliance competition in 2023.
The final document is expected to be published later this year and will be made freely available to companies, policymakers, and anyone seeking to build ethically and compliantly in the age of applied AI.
