Yasmina is a senior executive and leadership coach with over 25 years of experience in global shipping and commodity trading. She has held key leadership roles in the sector, including as a Managing Director and Board Member. She has hands-on insight into the commercial, operational, and regulatory dimensions of the trading business, both in Switzerland and internationally.

Her career spans major global hubs including Geneva, Zug, New York, Rio de Janeiro, Tel Aviv, and Brussels, where she led complex transitions, launched ventures, and built sustainable partnerships across the trading and shipping value chain.

A long-time advocate for industry development and gender equity, Yasmina served as President of WISTA Switzerland from 2013 to 2019. She also held a board position at the Swiss Trading and Shipping Association (now Suissenègoce) and was General Secretary of the Zug Commodity Association (ZCA) — reinforcing her long-standing commitment to strengthening Switzerland’s position as a global commodity hub.

In addition to her executive career, Yasmina is a certified Business and Leadership Coach. Her coaching practice supports women and leadership teams in their transformation and greater influence. Her flagship program, Women in Leadership, blends mindset work with practical advancement tools — designed for both individuals and corporate clients in high-performance environments.
