Iryna Pulvas is a strategic advisor specialising in business consultancy, change management, and management of complex systems. With a professional background bridging corporate structures, startup innovation, and public sector resilience, she supports organisations navigating ambiguity, transformation, and complex decision-making environments.
Her expertise lies in corporate strategy design, immediate-response planning, and applying design thinking to address uncertain and long-term challenges. Over the past decade, she has consulted for medium and large enterprises, rebuilding marketing departments, developing crisis-aligned strategies, and helping teams align their structure and goals in turbulent environments.
Her professional foundation was formed in leading global companies, including Johnson & Johnson, L’Oréal, and Colgate-Palmolive, where she held cross-functional roles in sales and marketing. After earning her MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology as a scholarship fellow, she transitioned into strategic consulting, working with firms such as Fedoriv and dot.dot, and later leading independent engagements with industrial, tech, and education-sector clients.
In 2022, she joined the Anti-Crisis Centre at the Embassy of Ukraine in Warsaw, contributing to rapid-response coordination, priority-setting, and decision-making under pressure. That same year, she also brought the global initiative WTech (Women in Tech) to the Polish market — a network supporting women in IT, now present in 27 countries. Recently, she worked with a trading company on launching a business in London, advising on strategy and market entry, managing compliance, legal and execution processes.
From 2017 to 2022, she led Zirity, a startup focused on AI-based online try-on tool, and was a participant in Estonia’s Startup Wise Guys accelerator.
She is also a seasoned practitioner and trainer of design thinking methodologies, contributing to educational and innovation programs at the Kyiv School of Economics, LABA, and startup incubators such as 1991. Her belief that continuous learning and strategic clarity are essential to organisational success in a volatile world is rooted in extensive practice — with over 2,000 hours of workshops and more than 15 business transformation projects across industries. She brings a deep understanding of corporate cross-functions, geopolitical dynamics, and the non-linear nature of business challenges, often finding that the solution to a problem lies outside its immediate source.
Beyond her consulting work, Iryna is actively engaged in civic initiatives. For nearly a decade, she has supported Donor.ua, Ukraine’s national blood donor registry platform. She is also affiliated with No Waste Ukraine, a public awareness organisation promoting responsible waste management, and the Ukrainian Childs Rights Network (UCRN), which advocates for children’s safety and rights across Ukraine.
